Capabilities

Camco operates some of Australia’s most advanced engineering facilities, purpose-built to deliver large-scale projects across mining, energy, rail, and heavy industry. With operations spanning Canning Vale, Belmont, Welshpool, and Karratha, the company’s combined 26,000 m² footprint supports complex repair, machining, and manufacturing work.

Each site is equipped with heavy machining bays, robotic welding systems, gear cutting and grinding capabilities, dedicated assembly and testing areas, and in-house metrology labs for precision quality assurance. Lifting capacities of up to 75 tonnes enable handling of the largest components, while integrated systems and in-house control ensure fast turnaround and exceptional reliability for both new manufacture and critical asset restoration.

Hot Cast Polyurethane & Blast Facility

Hot cast polyurethane components are produced and finished in-house, supported by a dedicated blast facility to ensure strength, precision, and long-lasting performance.

Painting Facility

Protective coatings applied to exacting standards for corrosion resistance, durability, and long-term asset life. Our controlled painting environments and surface preparation processes ensure consistent, high-quality finishes on large-scale components and structures.

Project Management & Engineering

End-to-end project coordination covering design, engineering, scheduling, and delivery. Our team works closely with clients to manage risk, streamline workflows, and ensure every project is delivered safely, accurately, and on time.

Weld Reclamation/Crusher Component Repair Facility

Specialist weld reclamation and heavy-duty component restoration for crushers and wear-critical equipment. From hardfacing to full structural rebuilds, we extend component life and return assets to service with confidence.

Sizer Refurbishment Facility

Camco provides complete sizer servicing, from internally manufactured shafts and gears to custom-designed caps, picks, end discs, and wear bands, all hard-faced using our own robotic-applied hard-facing wires to enhance throughput, consistency, and long-term wear life.

Pulley Manufacturing & Refurbishment Facility

Design, manufacture, and full refurbishment of conveyor pulleys for mining and bulk materials handling. From new builds to strip-and-recover programs, we restore critical components for maximum performance and service life.

Oil & Gas Operations

Specialist engineering and maintenance support for oil and gas infrastructure across onshore and offshore environments. We deliver precision manufacturing, shutdown support, and critical asset repairs under the strictest safety and compliance standards.

Mechanical Fitting Facility
