The workshop is fully equipped to refurbish, modify, design, build and test vibrating screens of any size and configuration. Emphasis is on delivering cost-effective quality builds to improve service life.
Modifications to combat design failures illustrated by cracking, wear issues or throughput can be addressed prior to refurbishment. Our engineering team apply empirical design know-how to realise cost-effective solutions or address operational issues.
Screen components are manufactured internally, exciter gearboxes are refurbished at our Canning Vale facility, and testing is undertaken at the Belmont operation. The ability to internally manage key components of the rebuild along with our screen-testing facilities ensures our capacity to maintain agreed delivery schedules.
